The majority shares of Pacific Gas Bangladesh Limited is subscribed by Siamgas Global Investment Private Limited which is a holding company for overseas investment owned by Siamgas and Petrochemicals Public Company Limited (SGP) in Thailand.

Advanced Equipment Limited is the local share holder of Pacific Gas Bangladesh Limited.

Siamgas & Petrochemicals Public Company Limited (SGP) , is a Listed Company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand. SGP has more than 40 years of experience in LPG procurement, storage, marketing, and distribution network. Which has ranked the company in terms of sales volume second place in the Thai market and in terms of import volume, top rank in China LPG import. Siamgas has one of the largest LPG carrier fleets consisting 7 VLGC and 20+ pressurized vessels.

Siamgas also have the largest LPG storage in Zhuhai and Shantou South China (combinedly 300,000 Metric Ton) and floating storage in Singapore and India (44,000 Metric Ton each). Siamgas is supplying bulk LPG consistently with reputation in Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Myanmar, etc.
